Please read These TERMS OF SERVICE carefully before using this website or PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS.
We want you to feel comfortable with our services, so please read on!
These terms apply to your use of this website and all of the sites and services owned or operated by The Revolutionary Club, L.L.C, including www.therevolutionaryclub.com, www.careerhappinessrevolution.com, www.careeronfire.com and www.zerotopassion.com, and coachpony.com These terms also apply when you purchase any of our products or services on this Site including our group and individual coaching programs and our e-learning courses, e-books and other products (collectively, our “Products”). By accessing or using the Sites or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by and to follow these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please check this page periodically for changes. By using these Sites or ordering a Product after we post any changes to these terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them or been notified about them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms, please do not use this Site or any of our Sites.
Payments for Online Purchases
Payment for your online purchases shall be made via credit card, Paypal or other Company-approved payment method, as specified at the point of payment. By placing an order with us, you agree that we may charge your account the full purchase price, including all fees for shipping and all applicable taxes, immediately or, if you have elected an optional payment plan, in accordance with the payment plan schedule provided at the point of purchase. All prices and other dollar amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars.
By placing an order with us, you represent and warrant that the credit card or payment account being used is yours, and/or that you are duly authorized to use the account, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Revolutionary Club, L.L.C . and each of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (each, a “Company Releasee” and collectively, the “Company Releasees”) from any and all damages or losses of any nature or kind, including attorneys’ fees, that any Company Releasee may incur arising from any breach of or inaccuracy in the foregoing representation and warranty.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, items, and availability of Products available through our Sites; however, typographical or clerical errors do occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to revoke any stated price and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit or charge to your account in the amount of the charge. Images of Products on the Sites are for illustrative purposes only; actual Products may differ from such images.
Cancellations and Refunds
It is our policy to provide all of our clients with the best learning and coaching experience bar none. It is our experience that the following policies best reflect our commitment to our clients.
To support all coaching clients in realizing their coaching objectives, all purchases of conferences and retreats and crystal ball assessments are final and non-refundable.
Build a REAL BUSINESS: We want you to love this program and get tremendous success from it! However, sometimes a love match doesn’t always work out. So, feel free to try out the program for the first 4 full modules, and if at the end of the 4th module you feel it’s not what you need we will happily refund you. To qualify for the refund please make sure you do the following:
1) Send us an email requesting the refund to firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Attach every single piece of completed homework that has been assigned in the program to date. You must show us you tried the program in good faith so your homework must be attached.
3) Let us know what didn’t work for you. We always want to improve!
4) Make sure we receive the email in our inbox before the 5th module unlocks. We work normal office hours Monday-Friday, so you might not get a response from us if you send us an email over the weekend, but as long as your email is timestamped before the 5th module unlocks, we are happy to honor your refund.
After this period, no refunds will be issued because if you want success, at some point you’ve got to commit! :). Finally, we reserve to the right to remove you from the program and withhold a refund if you negatively impact someone else’s experience, share confidential material from this program produced by Coach Pony or other students, or participate in bad faith (sign up with an intention to immediately refund after you’ve gotten access to the program materials. We know you would never do something so dastardly, but our lawyer insists we say it!).
If you receive a bonus 30 minute private call with Christie, you must have scheduled that call before the live program ends. After that point, the bonus will be considered complete. In addition, bonus calls can only be rescheduled once, after that the bonus is considered complete (we do this because your time, and our time is important!).
Private coaching: If you wish to terminate a private, one-on-one coaching engagement with on of our coaches early, you must follow the procedures outlined in this paragraph. First, you must detail your reasons, complaints and grievances verbally and in writing to your coach and work with your coach for at least 30 calendar days, in accordance with your coaching program, to address these issues. You agree to participate in this process in good faith. If following this 30-day period you still wish to end the engagement, you must submit a request in writing to terminate the coaching relationship to Christie Mims at email@example.com. The decision as to whether to issue the refund rests in the discretion of the Company. In the event of an early termination of a coaching engagement, you will be charged pro rata for sessions, classes and/or package components used through the date of termination at the retail price (not package price) of each element at the date of termination, plus a cancellation fee of $200.00 USD.
Career Happiness Revolution: To qualify for a refund, you must have completed all course programs and home assignments according to course instructions during the first four modules of the program. You are welcome to test drive the course materials and program fully during that time, and request a refund at any point during the first 4 modules. When the 5th module unlocks, the refund period is considered complete and no more refunds will be granted. Please submit a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org with all relevant assignments attached showing you have completed the work.
Zero to Passion/Networking Masterclass: If after completing one of our Do It Yourself e-learning courses (Zero to Passion or the Networking Masterclass) and you believe that you honestly did not derive substantial value from the course, we will refund your payment within 30 days of purchase upon written request. To qualify for the refund, you must submit your receipt with an brief explanation as to why the program did not work for you or meet your needs. Email email@example.com with your receipt and details within the 30 day purchase window.
Retreat Photography and Video
As a reminder, the client (you) understands that a purchase of a retreat is non-refundable. Furthermore, you agree to authorize the Revolutionary Club LLC and all subsequent successors of said company the right to video and photograph you, edit said videos and photographs, and use them as promotional or teaching materials for future events. You grant all rights to the Revolutionary Club LLC all rights of every kind to any promotional material (photo and video) taken at this event.
Retreat Health and Wellbeing waiver
I (the client) voluntarily choose to participate in the retreat. I expressly assume all risks of the program including any physical or dietary changes. I take full responsibility for my own dietary and physical choices during this event, any injury or illness that occurs, up to and including death.
I am of sound mind and body and I release the Revolutionary Club LLC of any damages, claim of injury, lawsuits, allegations, and demands that I have now and in the future. I have read, understood and agree to the above statements.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent these products and their potential.
There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas and techniques. We do not position this product as a “get rich scheme.”
Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, your finances, knowledge and various skills.
